The Coaching industry is the second fastest-growing industry in the world, right after IT, and coaching contributes to the personal development of individuals, helping them identify and leverage their potential by unlocking inner resources that we all possess. The profession of a Coach brings the greatest fulfillment because, as a Coach, you contribute to people’s growth and create positive changes in their lives, guiding them to achieve the goals they aspire to. Dare to make a remarkable difference for yourself!
How do you help others learn independently and increase their level of competence? Coaching supports you as a manager in leading in a non-directive way, helping the people and teams you manage to think of solutions themselves. Develop your coaching skills and use them to bring out the best in the people and teams you work with. Your role as a manager is to support sustained performance while also ensuring their growth and well-being, so that people remain loyal to the company, stay creative, and maintain long-term productivity.
My experience with Noble Manhattan began through the alignment of circumstances that combined my desire for personal and professional growth, and the inner calling to honor my highest value, with which I resonate – contributing to the well-being of those around me.
I couldn't name that calling until the moment when – through the alignment of the stars 😉 – I read the message inviting me to join the school and become part of the community.
It took me exactly one minute to say "Yes!", as I felt that my "thirst was quenched" and that the "void" would be filled. Now, six months later, I look back with satisfaction and realize that I made the best choice, as what I’ve gained is not just a formative course but rather a life experience, where smiles, tears of empathy, aspirations, challenges, and revelations coexist – all unfolding along with the process of transformation and growth of each individual.
And there's more! Noble Manhattan is not just about "quenching the thirst," but probably about something much more valuable – it’s about the sense of belonging to a multi-national Family, which comes like an avalanche of inspiration. It's that place where you naturally evolve from the first day and become the best version of yourself.

Initially, I enrolled in this course – Coaching for Adolescents, for two reasons: the expansion of my coaching knowledge and for my own children; and the second reason – cultivating the relationship with my own children. However, the multitude of practical exercises applied over the 20 hours of the course also reflected on me, thus reviving a forgotten relationship – the one I have with the child within me.
This aspect was absolutely unique and revealing, because once that state was accessed, the empathy with the emotional blockages of the children was genuine, which helped me to actually experience the effects of the set of techniques for dealing with blockages, presented during the course. Clearly, this course brings clarity to any adult – whether they are a coach, educator, or parent – and helps them excel in their relationship with children, guiding them towards overcoming emotional obstacles and realigning with their own objectives in a completely autonomous way.
